“creator of interesting things with & for interesting people”

I love the feeling of being creative.

Sometimes being creative feels like you’re endlessly in love on an upside down roller coaster, sparkling on mid-century couples therapy substances in a country you’ve always wanted to visit. Sometimes being creative feels like a spiritual beatdown in patience, letting go, acceptance, and every ego’s favorite, humility.

It’s ever fascinating to me that we as a species have the ability to take the internal feeling of inspiration and communicate it into an external experience for all to consume. And then with in this exchange, there are seemingly infinite ways to then take in the experience.

I’ve been growing up in Sonoma County for most my life, and while I constantly threaten that the family will move to Europe or some such, it’s likely I’ll ultimately spend the rest of my humble days in this beautiful place and community I grew up in, poor me.

The first time I fell in love with Sonoma County was at the age of ten on an October class field trip to a pumpkin patch surrounded by colorful vineyards, golden hillsides, and blue skies.

As I became an adult, I have had a diverse work background of cooking in local - seasonal ‘Itali-fornia’ kitchens, vegetable farming, wine cellar work, as well as being a North-Bay “Rock Star”, vinyl DJ, and eventually a (wine) hospitality guru of sorts. Pedigree includes: Banshee Wines, Lioco Wines, Reeve Wines, Kosta Browne Wines, and a mixed bag of consulting gigs.

I am globally passionate about food and wine, particularly when shared together. I have spent some fine years traveling the world, starting at the age of nineteen, and continue to do so today.

Today, my super cool wife & I live in west Sonoma County, CA. with our fluffy travel-sized canine & Son, where we are often found entertaining friends & family, cooking are way through endless recipe books while enjoying our favorite wines…which are more often than not from Italy.
